Fond Memories of the Legend !
A year since he left us. We have learnt to live without him, but life will never be the same again. For he was a friend, guide and mentor to all of us, the Air Force cricketers.
The 2024 version of AF Veteran Cricketers’ Reunion was great, like earlier years. However, looking back at those pictures, one couldn’t help but search for Gp Capt and Mrs. Deshpande. One couldn’t think of a reunion without them.
Anjali Madam will hopefully join us next year onwards. But Dinoo Sir’s void can never be filled.
He will live in our hearts forever!
